Last year 2024 we participated, together with Agria Hispania, in a new annual installment of the Auto AVS project “Autonomous Agricultural Vehicle Solutions” (ZL-2024/00318) co-financed by the Department of Economic Development, Sustainability and Environment of the Basque Government through the Hazitek program and by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) of the European Union.
The ultimate goal of this project is to address identified needs in the agricultural sector to improve productivity, increase efficiency, and reduce environmental impact. To this end, the AutoAVS project will work on the design and development of a new data mining kit and platform for autonomous driving, enabling precision agriculture and providing an opportunity to contribute to the mechanization of agricultural work and the transformation of the sector through the introduction of information technologies based on automated, flexible, and connected farm management.
